Job Summary:
The Sales Executive-Exports will drive the company’s products in the most profitable ways within the export market. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, meeting sales targets, and achieving sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Explore new opportunities for selling within the Exports market.
- Invite existing and potential export customers to visit factories and new projects to view product lines.
- Develop a strong export customer base to optimize market share.
- Promote and sell all Roofings products profitably within the export market.
- Drive and achieve territory dealer sales targets monthly.
- Recruit new dealers within territories.
- Increase dealer productivity and capacity through generating sales, business assessments, and advisory services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on monthly sales performance.
- Follow up on export orders with production.
- Conduct market visits and share reports with the Group Exports Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a steel manufacturing company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent course from a recognized university.
- Good interpersonal skills and computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Superior communication skills with fluency in KISWAHILI.
