Role Overview:
Black Market Records is looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to meet project goals. The Graphics Designer will play a key role in developing marketing materials, branding elements, and digital content across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print media, including logos, infographics, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Develop brand identities and style guides that maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Create mockups and prototypes to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate best practices into our projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize workload based on deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
