Job Details:

Mota Engil Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Telehandler Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating telehandlers to move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and construction sites, ensuring safe handling and adherence to safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Material Handling:
  Operate telehandlers to move materials.
  Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from trucks or other vehicles.
  Transport materials to designated areas using forks, booms, or other attachments.
• Maintenance and Safety:
  Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the telehandler.
  Ensure the telehandler is kept clean and in good working condition.
  Follow site safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Coordination and Communication:
  Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
  Identify and report any operational issues or hazards to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years of experience operating telehandler machines.
• Licensing:
  Valid operator’s license for heavy machinery.
• Skills:
  Proficiency in operating telehandlers and understanding their attachments.
  Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.
  Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
