Job Details:

Job Summary:
Manage and sustain a portfolio of Enterprise customers, building long-term relationships through efficient and reliable business support. Focus on business development with both new and existing customers, aiming to increase their engagement and “wallet share.”

Job Description:

Sales and Customer Management (40%)

  • Maintain Relationship Plans for all customers to prioritize contact.
  • Conduct annual and interim reviews of customers’ borrowing and non-borrowing facilities.
  • Determine key messages, service standards, pricing, and new product changes for communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and find effective solutions.
  • Identify and sell products that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
  • Research and follow up on a target list for potential new business.

Business Management (30%)

  • Identify priority customers using Customer Relationship Planning templates to assess their contribution.
  • Gather necessary information to prepare and assess credit applications.
  • Ensure control and quality of the portfolio, adhering to risk management guidelines and policies.

Provision of Customer Service (15%)

  • Own and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, escalating unresolved issues to the Head of Enterprise Banking.
  • Build relationships with internal service providers to ensure quick turnaround times for escalated queries and complaints.
  • Direct customers to appropriate delivery channels to meet their needs.

People Management (5%)

  • Establish and maintain a succession plan for key roles and review succession plans for one level below.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and development for Corporate Managers’ Assistants.

Risk, Compliance & Controls (10%)

  • Interface with the Risk & Compliance function to achieve desired results.
  • Initiate and update plans for reduction of provisions/impairment.
  • Ensure compliance and control environment within the distribution network.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Bank.

Education:

  • Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
