Position Overview: Kampala Independent Hospital is expanding its exceptional team and is looking to hire a talented Radiographer. You will work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have access to the latest medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, such as X-rays, MRI, and CT scans.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis.
  • Maintain patient records, including documenting procedures and updating medical histories.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and radiation protection protocols.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radiographic equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or a related field.
  • At least 24 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in operating radiographic equipment.
