Position Overview: Kampala Independent Hospital is expanding its exceptional team and is looking to hire a talented Physiotherapist. If you are passionate about delivering quality care, we want to hear from you. Join our mission to provide patient-centered care to the Kampala community and beyond. You will work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have access to the latest medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions to diagnose movement dysfunctions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility and physical function.
- Use various physical therapy techniques, such as exercises, massages, and equipment, to treat patients.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to be performed at home.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- At least 24 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.
