Provision of Hotel and Conference Facilities in All Regions of Uganda under Framework Contracts – NDA/NCONS/23-24/00422

The National Drug Authority (NDA) has allocated funds for the provision of hotel and conference facilities across all regions of Uganda under a framework contract arrangement.

Bidding Details: The NDA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for these services. The bidding process will adhere to the open domestic bidding procedures outlined in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all qualified bidders.

Inspection of Bidding Documents: Interested bidders can obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the NDA office from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
Purchase of Bidding Documents: Bidding documents in English can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 to Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Account Number 9030005759829.
Bid Submission: Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 a.m. on 3rd July 2024. They must include a bid securing declaration valid until 31st January 2025.
Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 a.m. on 3rd July 2024.
