Job Details:

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU) is a subsidiary of CCBA, and we are currently seeking to recruit Load Makers based in Kampala and Mbarara.

Job Title: Load Maker
Reports to: Warehouse Team Leader

Key Purpose Statement:
The primary role of the Load Maker is to ensure all stock leaving and entering the premises is checked, counted, and recorded accurately.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check all products before dispatch.
• Verify the picking slip with the load manifest and invoice.
• Ensure mixed pallets match the order.
• Assign rows for forklift drivers to pick up products based on DOD.
• Manage DOD tags for all products in the warehouse.
• Check returned products and empty bottles from the market.
• Record the quantity of pallets dispatched and returned.
• Manage truck space for loading and unloading in the yard.
• Perform daily full stock counts.
• Perform daily counts of all empty stock.
• Manage the stacking of empties, full products, and pallets in the yard.
• Assist with general tasks.

Skills, Experience & Education:

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1 year in Procurement and Warehouse Operations.

Competencies:

• Ability to work in teams.
• Trustworthy and honest.
• Assertive.
• Self-disciplined.
