Invitation To Bid Under Open International Bidding tendering at Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA)
INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has allocated funds for the implementation of the Project for Uganda Seed Value Chain Capacity Building for Key Vegetable Crops (Vegeseed Project). KOICA invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders for the supply of laboratory equipment.
Bidding Process: Bidding will be conducted according to the Open International Bidding Method in compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (As amended) and KOICA Procurement guidelines. These guidelines are accessible to all bidders on the KOICA Uganda website.
Eligibility and Information: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at: KOICA Uganda Office (2nd Floor, Mariba House), Plot 17, Golf Course Road, Kololo. Office hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Bid Application Process:
- Download the Bid Application form from the KOICA Uganda Office Website KOICA Uganda Website.
- Complete the form and submit it with other attachments via email to koicauzanda@gmail.com.
- Deadline for submission of the Bid Application form is 6 June 2024 at 4:00 pm.

Submission of Bids:
- Bid documents will be shared with interested bidders who have submitted complete Bid Application forms with attachments via email on 7 June 2024.
- Sealed bids must be delivered before 10:00 am at KOICA Uganda Office on 1 July 2024.
- A representative of bidders must attend the Bid Opening at the same venue from 10:00 am.
