Job Description:
Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is a semi-autonomous body established in 1996 under the Capital Markets Authority Act (Cap 84) to promote, develop, and regulate Uganda’s capital markets industry. CMA aims to protect investors and ensure market efficiency.
CMA invites graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program in the Finance and Procurement departments. Selected candidates will gain valuable experience in financial management and/or procurement and disposal management.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement (First Class or Upper Second) awarded within two years of the application date.
- No work experience required, but candidates should demonstrate strong intellectual skills, technical comprehension, social skills, self-awareness, and self-motivation.
