About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited, operating as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm in East Africa, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. We are recruiting competent, skilled, and experienced Door to Door Sales Agents on behalf of our client in the telecom sector to work in Uganda.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Commercial Prospecting and Needs Analysis:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and create a pipeline of prospects.
- Monitor and process spontaneous prospects entrusted to you.
- Follow up and make outbound calls to registered leads.
- Sell services according to the GVA Uganda catalogue.
- Collect cash from sales and manage unsold stocks with the manager.
- Contribute to enriching the prospect base.
- Suggest strategies to the sales manager to boost sales.
- Promote fiber eligibility information in assigned areas.
- Participate in commercial activities to enhance sales.
Daily Activity Reporting:
- Record sales data (cash, sales recovery, equipment stock).
- Provide feedback on prospects.
- Escalate field issues to the hierarchy.
- Adapt to evolving market developments and company needs.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company’s QHSE standards.
- Comply with anti-corruption rules.
- Ensure timely completion of missions.
- Escalate problems to the management.
Experience and Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunication sector.
Technical Skills:
- Strong organizational and work rigor.
- Excellent knowledge of sales pipeline and sales skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to meet short deadlines and handle pressure.
- Availability, responsiveness, integrity, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
