Role:
Manage branch customer experience by identifying and responding promptly to customer needs, ensuring a consistently high level of service in line with Centenary Bank’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality and consistent customer service.
- Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries, expectations, suggestions, complaints, and compliments in line with customer service standards, strategy, and bank policies.
- Monitor, follow up, and report on the performance of front office staff in line with customer service standards.
- Identify repeat, loyal, and potential corporate customers of the branch and implement follow-up activities in line with the marketing plan and bank policies.
- Sensitize and train staff on bank products, services, and customer service standards in line with customer service standards.
- Promote and sensitize customers on the usage of alternative channels.
- Monitor the Queue Management System (QMS) to ensure timely service delivery to customers.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Certificate in Customer Service Training.
Required Experience and Competencies:
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service-related role in a large financial institution, telecommunications company, or reputable organization.
