Job Description:
- Develop and maintain a reliable portfolio of Trade customers to support a focused growth strategy.
- Achieve agreed product and income targets to enhance the growth of the Trade Finance proposition.
- Foster engagement and partnership with key stakeholders to drive the growth of the trade finance business.
- Conduct training sessions to embed product knowledge across sales teams, facilitating cross-selling and appreciation of Trade products.
- Provide technical and product-based support to the sales team to continuously build their capability in managing and growing the trade business across the network.
- Regularly review the Bank’s Trade revenue collection to ensure all income leakages are closed.
- Identify and follow up on business leads, including credit approval and disbursement within agreed service standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
