Job Summary: The Business Development Executive, EB is responsible for acquiring business from potential Employee Banking clients and delivering high service standards through engaging individual NTB clients employed by corporations with established relationships with WRB.
Key Responsibilities:
Business:
- Meet annual sales budget expectations through inbound and outbound NTB sales & activation (CIC/CC: onsite, lists).
- Engage NTB clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with established WRB relationships (primarily CIB clients).
- Engage through on-site marketing/road shows or via employee lists provided by the corporation.
Processes:
Connect & Explain:
- Connect with identified employees based on B2B leads.
- Explain propositions and requirements thoroughly.
Prepare & Set Up:
- Pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition.
- Conduct remote KYC.
- Collect all required documents (digitally) for account opening and pre-fill forms.
Meet, Deep Sell & Train:
- Meet in person (ensure Priority Banker joins if Affluent).
- Listen and determine further needs.
- Set up anchor products.
- Initiate discussions to cross-sell.
- Educate and conduct initial set-up for online, ATMs, Client Centre, and Store.
Activate:
- Conduct fulfilment.
- Pass on referrals/leads of other products to respective specialists.
Regulatory & Business Conduct:
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
