ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Consultancy Service for Conducting a Baseline Assessment for Enhancing Food Security and Nutritional Outcomes for Vulnerable Women and Children in West Nile, Northern Uganda
Danchurch Aid (DCA) seeks the services of individuals and/or consultancy firms to undertake a consultancy service aimed at enhancing food security and nutritional outcomes for vulnerable women and children in West Nile, Northern Uganda. DCA invites interested and eligible bidders to submit technical and financial proposals for the assignment as per the Terms of Reference (TOR) included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
How to Apply:
- Download RFP Document:
- The detailed Request for Proposal document (RFP) can be downloaded free of charge from the DCA website.
- Proposal Submission:
- Submit the Technical and Financial proposals in electronic form, in two separate documents/attachments, to elsi@dca.dk.
- Each copy of the technical and financial proposal must be paginated serially prior to submission.
- Selection Method:
- Individuals and/or consultancy firms will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method described in the RFP.
- Clarifications:
- Bidders may request clarifications no less than five (5) working days before the deadline date and time for submission. Send requests to akad@dca.dk with copies to elsi@dca.dk and geok@dca.dk.
Required Documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation (Company Registration)
- At least 3 contactable references from the last 5 years
- Company profile demonstrating relevant experience
- CVs of proposed experts
- Statements of Availability for the proposed experts
These documents must be included in the Technical Proposal.

Deadline:
- The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:30 pm (EAT) on 6th June 2024. Late bids will be rejected.
DCA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and may annul the tendering process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
