Job Details:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce goods of required quality and quantity from the allocated machine.
- Minimize scrap generation.
- Set and prepare machines for product packing.
- Operate machines ensuring proper usage of raw materials.
- Mark products according to standards.
- Maintain daily records for production and downtime.
- Monitor machine conditions and report faults for rectification.
- Clean, lubricate, and tighten machine fasteners.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the work environment.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a Machine Operator in a similar environment.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a great team player.
