Job Details: As a Loan Officer for the Eezy Phone Product, you will evaluate and approve loan applications within set limits by assessing applicants’ financial status, credit history, and collateral.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interview loan applicants to gather information and answer questions about the loan process.
- Reach out to prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
- Develop leads from existing customers, referrals, or sales meetings.
- Present our products to groups and individuals to attract new clients.
- Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit risk, and collateral to determine loan feasibility.
- Collect and compile loan application documents, credit histories, and other financial information.
- Review and update credit and loan files.
- Compute loan schedules as needed.
- Assist clients in identifying financial goals and strategies to achieve them.
- Collect payments and remind clients of upcoming payment due dates.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers with delinquent loans.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 23 years and maximum age of 30 years.
