Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Cards and Payments department, developing and executing strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the operations of card issuance, payment processing, and related services.
- Drive innovation and improvement in card and payment products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align card and payment strategies with overall bank objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
