Job Details:
NFT Consult is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Officer to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction of top talent that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to select the best candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and promote the company’s employer brand.
- Maintain a talent pool/database for future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and company career pages.
- Review and screen incoming applications and resumes.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
- Organize and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist hiring managers with interview preparation and evaluation forms.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and testing where applicable.
- Assist in the decision-making process by providing relevant candidate information and assessments.
- Perform reference checks and background verification.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Provide regular updates to HR and management on recruitment activities and progress.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Experience in the telecom sector is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
