Job Description:
Dfcu Bank is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – E Banking to lead the acquisition, onboarding, and utilization of Mobile & Internet Banking channels. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Channels, this role is pivotal in driving digital banking uptake and enhancing customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute smart customer onboarding processes to drive Digital Banking Channels uptake.
- Ensure stable and effective service delivery on electronic channels, maintaining at least 90% uptime.
- Collect and consolidate E-Banking performance reports to track against business parameters.
- Identify market solutions to inform product expansion and channel evolution.
- Develop Electronic Banking services handbooks and execute training schedules for stakeholders.
- Originate proposals to develop E-Banking functionalities aligning with customer needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field, with additional training in Digital Finance preferred.
- 5 years’ banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial role in digital solutions.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Innovative, creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and make value-adding recommendations.
- Mature disposition in handling external stakeholders.
