Job Details: The Project Engineer – Housing will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of construction projects, managing investment budgets, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards. The role involves advising the company on technical and regulatory aspects, ensuring statutory requirements are met, updating technical information, and conducting risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper implementation of construction/project contracts in their area of jurisdiction.
- Implement investment budget and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards to protect people and assets at allocated sites.
- Advise the company on technical and regulatory aspects.
- Ensure all statutory requirements for construction are met prior to commencement, during construction, and after construction.
- Update technical information including site data, construction, and as-built drawings, equipment, etc., ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop prevention plans for all works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of supervision of engineering projects in a busy environment.
- Experience in a petroleum company is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in engineering projects management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and computer usage.

Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
