As a local Partner Operations Analyst focused on Uganda, you will play a vital role in the Glovo Partners team, ensuring operational excellence and enhancing the partner experience.
The Journey:
- Analyze and optimize Partner Operations metrics specific to the Uganda market, driving continuous improvement in partner performance, including preparation times, order cancellations, and customer ratings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our partners in Uganda, offering tailored guidance on improving and adapting their operations for optimal delivery performance in the region.
- Coordinate and execute projects with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives while considering regional nuances and challenges.
- Closely collaborate with the commercial team, especially with Account Managers and Key Account Managers, to assess them in individual performance improvement plans for their accounts.
- Advocate for product enhancements and tech feature improvements tailored to the Uganda market, providing proactive feedback to the regional team on local needs and opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing knowledge and insights specific to African markets to drive collective growth and development.
What You Will Bring to the Ride:
- 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups, consulting firms, or internet companies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions and solving complex problems in African markets.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive approach to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to implement scalable solutions.
- Persuasive communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds in Africa.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a fast pace, adaptable to the unique challenges and opportunities of African markets.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills relevant to African regions preferred.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Excel required; other technical skills valued.
