Job Description:
- Drive productivity of corporate relationship managers by acquiring new clients and managing existing corporate relationships in line with the Bank’s strategy to achieve business growth targets.
- Enhance client retention by serving as a single point of contact for all client needs, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to establish and implement sales strategies that meet evolving customer needs.
- Maintain, acquire, and reactivate customer relationships to boost deposit growth and optimize deposit mix.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategies that expand the Bank’s market share within its vicinity.
- Recommend the creation of viable and profitable risk assets to increase office profitability.
- Design tailored product offerings for the corporate sector, maintaining regular contact with corporate executives to promote the Bank’s business.
- Initiate recovery actions on non-performing credit facilities.
- Provide leadership to Corporate Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce through performance management, motivation, coaching, and training.
