Job Responsibilities:

Participate in approximately three months of international marketing training at the Shunde headquarters of Lesso Group and Lesso Shenzhen Company.
Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Group’s photovoltaic and energy storage products, as well as products in other sectors.
Learn and understand relevant work processes within the group.
After successful training, return to the home country and be promoted to commercial manager, responsible for marketing Lesso Group products locally.

Job Requirements:

African nationals.
Graduated from a Chinese university between 2013 and 2023, in any major.
Proficient in Chinese.
Excellent learning ability to quickly familiarize with Lesso Group’s products.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging the group’s resources to develop local business.
Potential to lead Lesso operations and manage a local team of 10 people in the home country.

Job Experience: No specific requirements.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day.
