In this pivotal role, you’ll be offering technical support, resolving service issues, and ensuring a first-rate customer experience for our traders.

Essential Criteria for Application:

● Trading Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years of trading experience
● Multilingual Fluency: Fluent in Spoken & Written English and one other language
● Discord Familiarity: Moderate & above knowledge essential
● Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is necessary in any customer service role of minimum 1 to 2 years

● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Basic computing skills and CRM software familiarity
● Effective time management and ability to multitask
