Job Purpose:
Hariss International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Project Management Officer to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. You will play a vital role in supporting, standardizing, and overseeing the project management lifecycle for all IT initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT leadership and project managers to define, prioritize, and develop IT projects.
• Assist project managers in planning and executing projects by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish project management templates, methodologies, and best practices for the IT department.
• Implement and manage project management tools and software.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk logs.
• Communicate project status updates to senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
• Conduct project portfolio management to ensure alignment with IT and organizational goals.
• Analyze project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support and guide project managers on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest project management trends and technologies.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within an IT environment.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working in an IT PMO environment.
• ITIL or PMI certifications.
• Experience with IT service management processes.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and continuous learning mentality.
• Customer service skills.
