INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FRY 2024/25
Kitagwenda District is in process of pre-qualification of firms! companies/individuals for the financial year 2024/25 and award of annual framework contracts. The District invites sealed applications expression of interest and bids from competent firms companies or individuals for prequalification for works, supplies or services for the above period. For items in (A) bellow, the District invites bids under a frame work arrangement while items in Category B & C, the District invites applications for Prequalification and (C)Tendering Revenue Collection Centres Fyr 2024/25

FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FYR 2024/25
1. Supply of fuel, oils & lubricants(motor vehicle/grader servicing)
2. Supply of Printed and general stationery, small office equipment & cartridges.
3. Repair of Motor vehicles /plant, supply of spare parts, tyres & tubes.
4. Supply of building materials (Sand, Aggregates, gravel, Hard core, Cement, spades, Hoes, Axes, Bitumen, Prima, stone chippings, stone dust, road lime etc).
5. Supply of twin desks, Office furniture and carpentry works
6. Supply of 900mm & 600mm reinforced concrete culverts.
7. Provision of Photocopying, printing & binding services.
8. Compound cleaning and maintenance District Headquarters.
9. Provision of radio programs and media Services
10. Provision of Hotel, catering services for meetings and workshops
11. Provision of venue for workshops and meetings Preferably in Kitagwenda, Kamwenge & Ibanda.
12. Provision of road equipment hire services (water browser, Compactor, Excavators, chips spreader, bitumen distributor, portable air compressor and loader etc).

1. Supply of computers & printers with their accessories.
2. Supply of Agricultural chemicals and Entomology equipment

NOTE:
• These procurements will be done in accordance with open domestic bidding method and Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 as Amended and Regulations inforce.
• Complete sets of application forms bid documents shall be picked by interested bidders from the Procurement & Disposal Unit office, Kitagwenda District Local Goverment headquarters upon presentation of a District receipt issued by the Finance Department for payment of non refundable fee of UGX 52,000 on to the Kitagwenda District General Fund Account No. 3100067144 Centenary Bank Kamwenge Branch
