The Job: As the HR Director at Tiko, you will lead the day-to-day tactical and operational functions of the global human resources department. You will ensure the organization and its people are supported, and you will oversee the smooth functioning of all major HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Support and guide managers and teams in their daily people needs, including performance management, talent management, and onboarding.
- HR and Benefits Administration: Ensure timely and accurate HR and benefits administration, in line with local regulations. Ensure each country has appropriate benefits for the team, compared to the market.
- Performance and Disciplinary Management: Support managers with performance management processes and oversee any disciplinary issues globally.
- HR Analytics: Implement and improve a system to track organizational performance and suggest improvements based on this information.
- HR Policies: Ensure company HR policies are up to date and align with company culture and local regulations.
- DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion): Promote a welcoming workplace where people feel at ease regardless of gender, race, nationality, or background.
- Culture and Change Management: Support the organization, managers, and employees in its growth path, reinforcing positive elements of Tiko culture at all times.
About You: You are a hands-on and practical problem solver who can connect with people from diverse backgrounds. You are a flexible, logical thinker with a clear ethical compass to navigate complex HR situations. You can listen, understand, and build trust easily. You communicate complex subjects clearly and simply, both in writing and speaking. Additionally, you are data-driven and tech-savvy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international organization and 10+ years of general HR experience.
- Experience working in at least three different countries across various HR functions (benefits, legislation, culture).
- Ability to coach, mentor, delegate appropriately, and provide developmental guidance to supervised staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a multi-disciplined team through periods of change.
- Experience setting up the HR element of new entities in new organizations/countries.
- Proven experience in HR analytics is a plus.
- Fluency in French is nice to have.
