Description: Total Energies EP Uganda, as the operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2 in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners, invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the provision of Drill Pipe Swivel Equipment and Services for the Tilenga CA-1 and LA-2 North Development Drilling Campaign in Uganda.
General Field Development Description: The Tilenga oil and associated gas development is located in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda, covering the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilenga Project). The major development surface facilities include:
- 31 wellpads and the upstream gathering network
- The Industrial Area containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF)
- Associated supporting infrastructure (camps, roads, aerodromes, etc.)
Scope of Services:
- The provision of Drill Pipe Swivel Services and Equipment to aid the running of lower completion equipment in shallow and highly deviated wells.
Requirements: COMPANY seeks to identify a company capable of providing Drill Pipe Swivel Equipment and services during the ongoing development drilling operations. Interested parties must demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in providing drill pipe swivel equipment and services for an international oil company or major operator.
- Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
- Current registration with or application to be registered with the National Supplier Database for the year 2024.
- Sufficient resources with personnel having substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.
- Good financial solvency to deliver the required services.
- Appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security, and Environmental policies, procedures, and processes compliant with applicable national and industry standards.
- Proven swivel technology and Torque and Drag Software with field experience.
- Availability of experienced field service personnel to support operations.
- Organizational, technical, financial, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements compliant with industry and COMPANY standards.
