Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review the bank’s compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
