Job Purpose: The Clinical Instructor/Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in clinical settings, ensuring they gain practical experience and knowledge. This role involves developing course materials, assessing student performance, and contributing to the academic community through research and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in clinical settings, ensuring they acquire practical skills and knowledge.
• Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Supervise students during clinical placements and ensure they adhere to professional standards.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of educational programs.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication in relevant fields.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their academic and career development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical practices and integrate them into teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum [number] years of clinical experience, with prior teaching experience preferred.
