Your Mission: As a Brands Ads Analyst at Glovo, you will be a crucial member of the cross-functional Brands Ads team. Your primary objectives are to deliver effective ad campaigns that boost sales for partner brands and drive incremental profit for Glovo through the development and sale of advertising products. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven approach, excellent presentation skills, a deep understanding of advertising products, and effective coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Local Strategy Development: Understand the Brands’ landscape in Uganda and build a localized strategy for brand ads.
- Prospect Identification: Identify, prioritize, and pursue new prospects.
- Education and Sales: Educate prospects and existing partners on Glovo’s advertising offerings and drive sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with partner Brands and Media Agencies.
- Campaign Execution: Ensure flawless execution of ad campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, assessing their impact on partners and Glovo’s overall performance.
- Opportunity Identification: Track partners’ progress, meet targets, and identify new opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement and innovation of advertising products and partnership models.
- Best Practices Sharing: Create success stories and share best practices.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage team activities.
What You Will Bring to the Ride:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing.
- Experience: 3+ years of marketing or sales experience at a leading media agency, consumer goods company, or e-commerce business.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience in executing marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels. Deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, including tracking and reporting on performance marketing KPIs.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.
