- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that team members are following company policies and procedures.
- Represent the team in meetings and liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Continuously identify opportunities for team development and improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
