Job Details:
Carlcare, a Hong Kong-based company, is seeking 5 Sales Representatives to join their team. Carlcare is involved in the maintenance, repair, and sale of mobile phones, computers, and their accessories. The company provides care and maintenance services for various entities dealing with these products.
Available Positions:
- 3 positions in Kampala
- 1 position in Kabaale
- 1 position in Arua
Duties:
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Keep client records.
- Close sales and achieve quotas.
- Generate leads and meet/exceed sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Obtain deposits and balances of payments from clients.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in any related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Job Experience: No specific requirements
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
