Kray Microfinance is seeking to recruit highly motivated, competent, and dynamic professionals for the position of Junior Credit Officers.
Job Title: Field Collections Officer
Location: City Centre Branch
Responsibilities:
- Solicit new loan accounts in accordance with specific periodic performance targets prescribed in the branch business plan.
- Acquire new business relationships and accounts.
- Grow the portfolio as per set targets.
- Provide input into the marketing plan and campaigns targeted at increasing Small Enterprise revenue.
- Conduct active marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Orient prospective clients about Kray’s loan products.
- Assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of loan applicants and conducting risk assessments.
- Support senior credit officers in processing loan applications and preparing credit proposals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in banking or credit analysis is a plus.
