Job Summary:
The overall purpose of this role is to provide a one-stop financial solution to retail customers by following up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, and delivering efficient and effective customer service with the utmost level of consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound campaigns: Make outbound calls to drive funding, manage inactivity, reactivate dormant accounts, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to promote the Institution’s products and services by encouraging inward customers for extended business and referrals, aiding in the continuous business growth of the Institution.
  • Initiate contact with pre-existing customers to address inquiries and establish long-term valuable relationships focused on enhancing sales deliverables.
  • Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) on various products and services, address any complaints for service recovery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality health check calls, gather market intelligence on products and services consumed by customers from the competition, and profile customers.
  • Ensure customer feedback and insights from various campaigns are accurately captured and any urgent customer issue is escalated for resolution.

Academic Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized University.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the Banking / Microfinance industry.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

  • High level of integrity.

  • Selling skills.
  • Basic product knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Area of Residence: Preferably candidates residing around Kampala and the close neighboring towns.
