Job Details:
Direct Sales Agent – Home Fixed Broadband will serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. MTN Uganda Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is seeking to recruit competent individuals to fill the following positions.

Manager – Fixed Broadband

Main Job Functions:

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Perform physical and online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keep Sales Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Education:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing from a recognized University

Experience:

• 6 months – 1 year working experience in the sales industry.
• Good knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, best practices, retail, and service principles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Flexibility and Agility regarding working hours.
• Planning and organizational skills
• Communication skills
