Job Details:
The Makerere University Walter Reed Project (MUWRP) is a non-profit biomedical research organization dedicated to mitigating disease threats through quality research, healthcare, and disease surveillance. Established in 2002 through a collaboration between The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) and Makerere University (Mak), MUWRP initially focused on HIV vaccine research. Over time, MUWRP’s scope has expanded to include research on Ebola and Marburg viruses, an Emerging Infectious Diseases Program (EIDP) for influenza surveillance, and a PEPFAR-funded program for HIV treatment, care, and prevention across multiple districts.

MUWRP is seeking to fill the position of Program Officers for HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment to support their healthcare initiatives.
