Job Purpose: Diamond Trust Bank is seeking a Web Application Developer responsible for creating and managing web applications for the bank, along with managing third-party web application support. This role includes coordinating with application vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Digital Applications:

Web/Application Development:

Design and develop applications for DTB Bank.
Perform end-to-end system integration testing of the applications.
Maintain and update various applications.

Support for Third-Party Applications:

Liaise and coordinate with application vendors for project implementation and closure.
Provide support for user acceptance testing and Go Live rollover process.
Manage system documents, technical and user manuals, and training materials.
Extract information from databases for analysis purposes.
Support the implementation of audit and assessment recommendations.
Ensure review and optimization of applications in terms of availability, security, and compliance.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Desired Work Experience:

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in web/app development.
Experience in web service integration (SOAP/REST/JSON/XML).
Experience in front-end and back-end development on platforms such as Java/PHP/.Net.
Proficiency with major browsers and technologies (HTML5/CSS3/Ajax/JSON/jQuery).
Experience with popular JavaScript libraries.

Ability to work under pressure.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work extended hours if required.
