Centenary Bank, a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a third of the banking population, offers services accessible across 80 branches, 207 ATMs, over 7,491 CenteAgents, and various digital platforms. The bank intends to contract a service provider to deliver catering services for its staff at the Mapeera House building.
Background: Centenary Bank provides meals and beverages to employees at a subsidized rate through its in-house cafeteria at the Mapeera House building. This initiative supports staff welfare and ensures uninterrupted job performance. The bank seeks a capable and experienced hotel or catering services provider to render these catering services.
Overview of the Assignment: This document invites proposals from hotel or catering services companies for the provision of catering services to Centenary Bank staff at the canteen located in Mapeera House building.
A complete set of proposal documents in English can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings), payable to the Bank’s Corporate Services Division located on the 7th Floor of Mapeera House Building. Interested bidders will also need to provide a bid security of UGX 50,000,000 (Fifty million Uganda Shillings), refundable after 120 days from the date of this advertisement.
Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked “Request for Proposals for the provision of catering services” should be delivered to the Corporate Service Division (Procurement Unit) at the address below by Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 10:30 am. An internal bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 am at Mapeera House Building, 7th Floor.
