Job Details:
Total Energies is seeking a qualified Lubes Clerk to join our team in Uganda. The successful candidate will supervise and oversee the activities of casual workers and operatives within the warehouse, interact with head office staff, and manage product transportation drivers. The role involves ensuring inventory control, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality objectives.
- Verify and record receipts of packed products against delivery documents based on condition and quantity.
- Ensure correct stacking of products in the warehouse.
- Manage stock control of the products.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
- Prepare the lubricants daily stock sheet.
- Prepare the monthly stock report.
- Ensure the forklift is used and maintained in good condition.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Diploma in a Business-related field.
- Good analytical skills for inventory control.
- Management and supervisory ability.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to drive a forklift is an added advantage.
Context & Environment:
- Availability of procedures and work instructions.
- Functional guidance from the Lubricants Warehouse Supervisor.
