Terms and Conditions: All interested bidders must submit the following additional documents with their bids:
- Original General Receipt for Purchase of Bid Document
- A Copy of the Bidder’s Current Trading License for 2024
- A Copy of the Bidder’s Certificate of Registration
- A Copy of Current Certified Bidder’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate
- Audited Book of Accounts for the Last Two Years
- Recent Bank Statement for the Last Three Months
- Articles and Memorandum of Association along with Power of Attorney
- Bid Documents MUST be returned in triplicate (Original and two copies)
- Bid Documents must be sealed in a plain envelope and clearly marked as per instructions
- Each number constitutes a lot and must be applied for separately with an application and reference number as indicated
- Bids must be registered in the Bids Returned Register before dropping in the Bid Box
- Late submissions will not be accepted
