INVITATION FOR BIDS UNDER DOMESTIC BIDDING
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: NTOR910/SVC/2024-2025/00001 PREQUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2025
Ntoroko District Local Government invites detailed applications from interested and competent registered contracting firms and companies to be pre-qualified as service providers of Supplies Goods, Services and Works for the Financial Year 2024-2025 who will becalled upon to quote / bid for the following items:
SUPPLIES/GOODS
• Agricultural inputs (improved technology, chemicals, breeds, seedlings) Design, supply and installation of Micro scale imigation system
• School, office furniture and fittings
• Uniforms, Curtains, Protective wears, carpets and Sports equipments Gravel (murrum), headwalls and installation of culverts Supply and installation of solar panels and equipments Motorcycles and bicycles
SUPPLES UNDER FRAME WORK CONTRACTS;
• Fuel, oil and Lubricants
• Spare parts for motor vehicles, motorcycles, generators and other machinery
• Computers, printers their consumables and accessories, photocopiers and their parts
• Assorted office stationery and equipment
SERVICES
• Sign posts installation and Engraving
• Designing & documentation of Gravity flow schemes
• Hire of road equipments
• Provision of insurance cover
• Catering and Hotel services
• Service under framework contracts
• Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, motorcycles and other road equipment
• Advertising, media and radio programs
• Repair and servicing of computers, printers and other equipment Catering and hotel services
WORKS
• General building and construction works
• Construction of ecosan toilets and VIP latrines
• Construction and rehabilitation of boreholes, springs and shallow wells
CONDITIONS OF TENDER
• Bidders are required to submit their bids with the following documents:
• Nonrefundable fee receipt
• Certificate of registration
• Powers of attorney
• Vaid current trading license
• Valid tax registration certificate
• Tax identification Number
• Bank accounts with latest bank statements for last two years
• Name, address, telephone contacts and physical location of the Company
• List of Directors of the Company
• Record of past current contracts performance, equipment available and key personnel
• Audited books of accounts for last two years
• Any other information stated in the bid document or deemed necessary Each item should be applied for separately.
A complete set of the solicitation documents obtained from the office of the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ntoroko District Local Government, P. O. Box 568, Fort Portal upon payment of Non-refundable fee of 72500= (Seventy Two thousand five hundred shilings only) using the Integrated Revenue Administration System(RAS). The receipt will then be presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit to obtain the solicitation document. Only one original bid document is required to be submitted to Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ntoroko District Local Government, P. O. Box 588, Fort Portal. The deadline for submission is 31 July 2024 at 2:00pm at the district headquarters. Bid opening will take place on the same day and at the same venue at 2:30pm in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
