Job Details:
The role involves leading all trade marketing activities and execution for Mass, Enterprise, HBB, and Airtel Money to drive revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition in alignment with overall business and marketing objectives.
Enhance brand impact and positioning to ensure consistent consumer engagement across touchpoints.
Create, implement, and monitor the Picture of Success (POS) at all customer interaction points.
Improve customer engagement and understanding of products and services.
Develop, manage, and nurture local partnerships in collaboration with the Devices Manager.
Ensure compliance with POS and internal procedures during execution.
Guarantee that all executions follow organizational guidelines and deliver optimal value for money.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Post-graduate qualification (e.g., CIM); an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, trade, or sales with a focus on sales, outlet management, or trade marketing.
At least 3 years of experience leading a field execution team.
Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
Experience in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven organization.
