Job Description:

4G Capital, the market leader in unsecured working capital lending in Kenya and Uganda, is seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst based in Kampala. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, and creating financial models to support business decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations for improving business performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (such as Full ACCA, CFA, or CPA) are a plus.

Experience: No prior work experience required.
