Job Details:
Job Description: The Consultant, New Business Online will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Corporate Investment Banking customer-facing applications. This role involves working closely with developers and product managers to ensure all existing and new channels function correctly as per specifications. Responsibilities include providing prompt and professional developer support, end-to-end development of in-house applications, producing clean and efficient code, testing and deploying programs and systems, and fixing and improving existing channel software.
Qualifications:
- Type of Qualification: Degree
- Field of Study: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in information technology, specifically in end-to-end channel support.
- Hands-on experience with applications aiding customer self-service.
- Development knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
